What is the Inventory feature and how does it work?

The Inventory feature helps you capture sales opportunities even when products are low or out of stock on your Shopify store.

Instead of showing “Add to Cart”, a “Notify Me” button appears on your Goodchart size chart.. Customers can enter their contact details (by default, email) to be notified when the item is back in stock.

Key features:

• Customisable rules:

  Set when the “Notify Me” message appears and when it disappears, based on your stock levels.

• Automatic notifications:

  Once the product is restocked, the system will automatically email the customer and remove them from the list.

• EDM integration:

  You can connect your email marketing service (EDM) to build targeted campaigns based on your inventory list. (Supporting = Mailchimp & Klaviyo)

This feature ensures you never lose a sale just because an item was temporarily unavailable.
