How to upload and use your Excel spec sheets to populate a Size Chart

If you already have your size information in an Excel file or spreadsheet, you can easily use it to create a size chart in Goodchart.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Start creating a new size chart or open an existing one.
2. Look for the “Import from Excel” or “Upload Spreadsheet” option.
3. Upload your Excel file (.xls or .xlsx).
4. Match the columns in your file to the correct fields in the chart (e.g. Size, Bust, Waist, Length, etc.).
5. Click Import — your size chart will automatically populate based on the data in your sheet.

Tips:

• Make sure your Excel file has clear column headers.
• The system will guide you through mapping fields during upload.
• You can edit the chart after import if needed.

This feature is perfect for brands who already have spec sheets ready and want to speed up the chart creation process.
