What is Active, Have chart and Sync progress means on Product page ?

• The Have a Chart column shows whether a product already has a size chart linked to it.
  • ✅ Ticked (✓) — means a size chart is assigned to this product.
  • ❌ Blank — means no size chart is currently linked.

• The Status column indicates whether a product is currently active on your Shopify store.
  • Active — The product is live and available in your Shopify store.
  • None — The product is not active. This may happen if the product has been removed, unpublished, or is still in Draft mode.

    • If a product does not appear as active, head to Shopify → Products and check its status.

      Goodchart only displays active (live) products on your product page.

• Sync Progress
  • The Sync progress column shows whether a product has been successfully synced from your Shopify store to Goodchart.
  • If it appears synced, it means the product data is up to date with your Shopify store.
